Shipping Policy

Due to a high volume of orders and potential delays as a result of COVID-19, shipping time estimates at checkout are not the same as order processing times.

All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once we have shipped your order.

International shipping

We offer shipping to most countries. Please contact us at to verify if we can ship to where you are.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order status

When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will look into the delay for you.

Shipping to post office boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us at and we can find the best solution for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns and exchanges, and we do not offer refunds.

If applicable, we replace damaged or defective items when the damage or faulty design affects the product’s functionality. To qualify for a replacement, any damaged or defective item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
